COVID 19
Due to Covid-19 and public health responsibility we are required to have contact details of everyone on the ride base. You will be checked off at the gate on arrival. You must have read our Covid-19 plan (on our website and Manehub), be able to declare you haven’t visited the listed places on the Government link contained within it. Your signed Covid-19 declaration will be collected and your temperature will be taken at the gate, this is required to be 37.5 or under to be able to enter.
We asked you be respectful of others when setting up camp and be mindful of the social distancing guidelines.
We will not be having a public pre-ride talk gathering. A full pre-ride documents is attached to this website and will be handed out with your ride bib.
There will be catering supplied by Snax on Trax – a menu also attached here.
Bottled water will be handed out at the middle checkpoint on each leg. Bottles are to be handed back before departing and travelling through the national park.

Canteen: Snax on Trax will be providing delicious Food, Coffee and Cake over the entire weekend, A menu is available at the top of the page with other helpful documents.
Fires: Are permitted in a drum or fire bucket - please bring your own fire wood or Chainsaw to cut timber on thew grounds.
Official Photographer: Jo Arblaster from Animal Focus will be on Track throughout the weekend to snap photos
Power: No power on site
Showers: No showers on site
Toilets: Portable toilets on site
Water: Water is available on site. Suitable only for strapping and horses.
Dogs: Dogs are welcome, however they MUST be on a leash at all times
